Closing Time

Please keep in mind that PACC closes promptly at 5:30 p.m. each evening. Please try and make arrangements for your child’s timely departure, as staffing is based on scheduled arrival and departures of children. If late pick up is unavoidable, please notify PACC as soon as possible, so we may adjust staff. Parents will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute, according to the time clock. This late charge payment will be due in cash at the time of pickup and paid directly to the remaining staff.

Releasing The Children 

Children will only be released to those persons listed on their pickup forms. Telephone call, from a parent/guardian who wish to add someone to the list, WILL NOT, under any circumstances be permitted. If someone other then a person listed on your child’s form will be picking up your child, a signed fax will be accepted. Anyone unfamiliar picking up a child, as well as visiting a child, will be asked for photo identification. Even if the person is not taking the child, they must be on the Consent Release Form.
